TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note that by booking services with Wroclaw Rolling Tours, you form a binding contract with a tour company in the Poland:

You agree to follow the terms listed in Wroclaw Rolling Tour’s Terms & Conditions, including Client Rights and Responsibilities as well as Cancellation and Changes Policy. Please note that you are obliged to familiarize yourself with and to follow all of the below mentioned .conditions.
CLIENT RIGHTS 
  1.  The client is entitled to be treated with courtesy and consideration by all Wratislavia Tour representatives. 
  2.  The client is entitled to receive a booking confirmation or information and details regarding the services booked within 48 hours since the booking was made. 
  3. The client is entitled to be informed about any changes regarding services booked. 
  4. The client is entitled to change the date/time of any services booked through Wratislavia Tour, according to the terms listed in the Cancellatio and Change Policy.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES 
  1.  The client isobliged to familiarize themselve with the Terms & Conditions under which Wratislavia Tour services are provided. 
  2. The client is responsible for providing Wratislavia Tour with full and accurate address of the client’s accommodation. Wratislavia Tour holds no responsibility if the service cannot be provided due to an incorrect address or details. 
  3. The client is obliged to have a print-out, “print screen”, or an electronic copy of the tour voucher and/or the booking confirmation. The client needs to present the voucher/booking confirmation to Wratislavia Tour representative on the day of the arrival/day of the tour. If the client fails to provide valid tour voucher/booking confirmation, Wratislavia Tour representative has the right to cancel the services, in which case no refund will be given. 
  4. The client is responsible for ensuring that any electronic tickets and/or confirmations are visible and viewable at any time. 
  5. The client has to be present at the address and time stated on the tour voucher or booking confirmation. If the client does not show on time in accordance to the information presented on the voucher, Wratislavia Tour cannot guarantee the service will be provided and reserves the right to cancel the service, in which case no refund will be given. 
  6.  The client is responsible for keeping a valid identification card/passport/student ID and other documents or valuable belongings at all times.Wratislavia Tour holds no responsibility for lost property. 
  7. All clients are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents. Non-EU passport holders are responsible for checking visa requirements. 
  8.  In the case of any problems or delays that might influence the services, the client is obliged to contact the Wratislavia Tour office immediately. If the service cannot be provided due to any changes or external factors, Wratislavia Tour may cancel the service and no refund will be given. 
GENERAL: 
  1.  Please keep a copy or a ‘print screen’ of any email/confirmation regarding any changes or cancellations of your reservation. 
  2.  Cancellation is possible only if the client email office@wroclawrollingtours.com before the arrival/tour date. The cancellation is always confirmed by email or by phone within 48 hours. If you do not receive cancellation confirmation, please call us on the following number immediately: +48 793 154 330 
  3.  In the event of cancellation of any service provided by Wratislavia Tour every effort will be made to find a suitable alternative or, if no alternative is possible, the client shall receive a full refund. 
  4. Wratislavia Tour representatives have the right to remove any intoxicated, abusive, or ill participant(s) from any service. All costs incurredas a result will be borne by the removed participants. 
  5.  In the case of any changes or cancellations of non-refundable services, thecustomer will incur 100% of all costs associated with the services. 
  6. The below cancellation and change charges apply unless other terms have been introduced in the booking confirmation. 
BOOKINGS PROCESS: 
  1.  After you book your service online, you will receive a unique reservation number along with your confirmation promptly, however, please allow up to 48 hours. 
  2. If you do not receive your confirmation within 48 hours or your please contact us immediately. 
  3.  If you do not receive your voucher within 72 hours of the service date, please contact us immediately. 
  4.  In case of a lack of availability on specified dates, we will offer a comparable alternative. Within 48 hours we will send you all details of your tour and will wait for another 48 hours for your confirmation of the alternative option. In case of a price difference it would be covered by the customer if all other conditions are accepted. 
  5. The TOUR VOUCHER(s) with all details will be sent to you BY E-MAIL 3 days before your tour date. 
  6. All comments and/or special requests must be on the reservation confirmation sent to the customer. 
  7. These Booking Conditions and the Booking Confirmation are the basis of the contract between the client and Wratislavia Tourwho is acting as a principal business and is responsible for arranging and providing all services. 
  8. We accept card payments with the following cards: Maestro, Visa Delta/Electron,MasterCard, Visa Credit Card. 
  9.  Please note all prices are subject to availability and may change. 
  10. Alterations to Itineraries: We reserve the right to change plans of our excursions due to weather, availability of attractions, road work or any other circumstance(s) beyond our control. 
PAYMENT POLICY 
  1.  The currencies in which we charge for our services are polish zlotys (PLN) or EURO (EUR).
  2. We reserve the right to revise prices for new bookings at any time. 
  3. For selected services (e.g. transfers or selected tours), it is possible to pay the balance locally to an Wratislavia Tour representative (driver/guide) on the day of the tour/transfer, but before the service. To guarantee the reservation, please provide billing details. 
  4.  The balance can be paid in CASH in Polish zlotys (PLN) or EURos (EUR) Please note the driver/guide gives NO CHANGE. 
  5. Exact amount to pay locally for each tour/service will be stated in/on the booking confirmation/tour voucher. 
Deposit Payment 
  1.  If you book your tour more then 4 weeks before, you can pay 35% of deposit to confirm your booking. 
  2. The balance is due to be paid before or at the day of tour. 
Cancellations & Changes 
 Regular Scooter Tours  
  1.  Cancellations: made within 24 hours after placing the booking are subject to NO penalty (doesnot apply if made 72 hours or less from the date of the tour). 
  2. made 5 days or more before your arrival or tour date are subject to NO penalty. 
  3.  made 4 days or less before your tour date are subject to a full price penalty.  
  4.  In all other cases not defined, cancellations and/or changes are subject to full price penalty and your card will be charged with the appropriate amount. 
 Tours:  
 Changes:  
  1.  made 5 days or more before your arrival or tour date are subject to NO penalty. If after a difference in price of the tour ticket occurs it must be covered by the client. 
  2. made 4 days or less before your tour date are subject to a full price penalty.   
Cancellations: 
  1.  made within 24hours after placing the booking are subject to NO penalty (does not apply if made 72 hours or less from the date of the tour). 
  2.  made 5 days or more before your arrival or tour date are subject to NO penalty. 
  3.  made 4 days or less before your tour date are subject to a full price penalty.  
  4. In all other cases not defined, cancellations and/or changes are subject to full price penalty and your card will be charged with the appropriate amount.
 Transfers:  
 Changes:  
  1. made 48h or more before your arrival date are subject to NO penalty.   
  2. made 48h or less before your arrival date are subject to a full price penalty.  
 Cancellations:  
  1.  made within 24 hours after placing the booking are subject to NO penalty. 
  2. Made 24h or more before your transfer date are subject to NO penalty. 
  3.  In all other cases not defined, cancellations and/or changes are subject to full price penalty and your card will be charged with the appropriate amount.
OTHER
DISCOUNTS:
 If you buy a ticket to any of Scooter Tours, we offer discounted prices for our transfers. . If you have any preferences regarding the tour dates, you may contact us, however, we cannot guarantee that the tour will be arranged on the preferred date. We will inform you about all detailes. 
 PRIVATE GUIDE:Please note that private guide is subject to availability. In case the guide is not available you will be refunded. 
ACCOMMODATION ADDRESS: If you fail to provide the address and the name of your hotel in Poland at least 24 hours before the tour date, the tour will not be organised and no refund will be given. 
INSURANCE:It is a requirement that all Escape2Poland travellers have comprehensive travel insurance. Escape2Poland is not responsible for any injuries, delayed or cancelled flights, delayed or cancelled trains or busses, damages or lost property. 
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Upon arrival at the airport, our driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall holding a signboard with your name on it. You will then be escorted to the vehicle and transferred to your accommodation. The driver waits for up to 30 minutes starting from the arrival time indicated in your reservation. In case of earlier arrival, please wait for our driver at the airport information desk. If the flight is delayed or redirected to another airport please inform us in advance. Even we monitor flights to Wratislavia Tour is not responsible for any consequences resulting from changes in the flight schedule, flight delays and flight cancellations. It is the responsibility of the client to provide us with the exact flight details including flight dates, flight numbers as well as arrival and departure time and contact us in advance should any changes occur. 
TRANSFERS: If you book a transfer for 4 people we may send a standard size car, so if you have more than one bag per person please book a transfer for more people. We reserve the right to provide vehicles different than specified on our Website.
The website www.wroclawrollingtours.com is owned and operated by Wratislavia Tour. The term “Website” shall also refer to the logos, designs, text, graphics, software, other content, materials available through the Website, the Wratislavia Tour hardware and software. 
When you book with Wroclaw Rolling Tours your contact details become part of the Wratislavia Tour database. Only our company has access rights to the database and your email address. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your contact details remain confidential at all times.
  1. . If you have a complaint about your tour/transfer please do not hesitate to inform us. 
  2. Liability cannot be accepted if you do not notify Wratislavia Tour. If after the service you are still dissatisfied, please send us your complaint in writing to office@wroclawrollingtours.com, as well as to our postal address within 28 days of commencing your holiday. We will then follow up your complaint and respond accordingly. 
  3.  If a part of your tour/transfer is not provided as promised, we shall pay compensation appropriate to the circumstances, provided that you have filed a complaint with us at the time of occurrence and we receive a written statement from you with all proof required. 
  4. Partial compensation for provided tour services is also limited if the reason for partial alteration of the tour is out of our control due to bad weather conditions (extreme temperatures, strong winds, torrential rains, blizzard conditions, or other unpredictable conditions); a decision made by the appropriate authorities of the museum/attraction out of our control limits access to some parts of the museum/attraction or limits the time you may spend at the museum/attraction. Compensation is limited to the cost of the service concerned. In so far as may be permitted by law, no responsibility will be accepted by Wratislavia Tour, service providers, or any of their agents for any injury, accident or damage to persons or property, loss or theft.
